Janella Salvador is a Filipino TV actress born on March 30, 1998, in Cebu, Philippines. She is known for her roles in renowned Philippines-produced television series such as Be Careful With My Heart (as Nikki) and Maalaala Mo Kaya (as Felynit). In 2014, she received two Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Box-Office Entertainment Awards.
Prior to gaining fame, Janella began her career in 2013 after successfully auditioning for ABS-CBN’s Star Magic talent development program. She won a 2013 PMPC Star Award for portraying Nikki on Be Careful With My Heart.
Janella grew up in Cebu City, Philippines as the daughter of singers Juan Miguel Salvador and Jenine Desiderio. She dated actor Markus Paterson and welcomed a son named Jude with him in October 2022.
