About Jane Kilcher
Jane Kilcher (born September 14, 1974) is an American reality star known for her appearances on the television series Alaska: The Last Frontier alongside her husband Atz Lee Kilcher. The show, which premiered in December 2011, chronicles the Kilcher family’s life as they fish, hunt and endure the challenges of harsh Alaskan winters.
In 2022, Jane also appeared on another reality series called Bering Sea Gold, featuring her friend and main cast member Emily Riedel.
Before gaining fame on reality TV, Jane grew up in Alaska with her husband Atz Lee. She also worked as a registered nurse in remote villages in Alaska.
She spent 11 years working as a commercial fisherman. In 2014, she and her husband were involved in a high-profile incident where they used a helicopter to hunt black bear illegally. Their production company paid $17,500 for this violation.
Jane has been married twice; she had a daughter named Piper with her first husband Dicran Kassouni in 2003 and is also stepmother to Etienne.
