Jamie White is a renowned radio host, best known for her work as a Los Angeles radio personality on KYSR Star 98.7. Born on December 6, 1968, in Energy, Illinois, she started her career as a model before transitioning to radio in 1994 when she was hired by Denver station KALC Alice 105.9.
White gained popularity as part of the trio morning show “Jamie, Frosty, and Frank Show.” She also made appearances in the 2001 film Rock Star and the 2006 TV series Rock Star: Supernova.
Not without controversy, White was involved in an incident with KFI AM 640 host Bill Handel in 2006 that resulted in threats being exchanged due to his disapproval of her communication with his children.
