About Jacky Fontanez
Jacky Fontanez is a Puerto Rican radio host and television personality known for her work with MTV Puerto Rico, where she presented programs such as En Ruta por, Metro Canal, and Jangueo TV. She has also hosted radio programs on 106.9fm including El Spot of Mega and Lo Se Todo en Wapa.
In 2004, Fontanez represented Puerto Rico at the Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC before starting her career in journalism. Her television debut came with Mis anos en la high on the Video Max network, followed by becoming a VJ for MTV Puerto Rico in 2006.
Fontanez graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Sacred Heart with a major in Advertising before earning her Master’s degree in Digital Journalism from the same university.
Born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Fontanez dated rapper Guaynaa in 2019 and was previously married to comedian Danilo Beauchamp. She also owns a pet dog named Koko.
