About Jackie Chambers
Jackie Chambers, also known as Jax Chambers, is a British guitarist born on March 27, 1964 in Bradford, England. She is best known as the lead guitarist of the British heavy metal band Girlschool.
Prior to her time with Girlschool, Chambers played with several bands in Leeds such as Deja Vu and Flowers for Agatha. She later played with bands based out of London including Bleech and Virago.
In 1995, she met Kim from Girlschool and eventually joined the band in 1999.
Chambers was born in Bradford, England.
