About J Nichole Jones
J Nichole Jones is an independent award-winning gospel singer, songwriter and actress born on November 25, 1973 in Pennsylvania.
She started her career at local talent shows before touring with a top 40 band and joining a pop/R&B girl group signed to Sony Records. However, the deal fell through, prompting her to rediscover her faith and pursue a career in gospel music.
J Nichole Jones released her debut album “No More Running” on October 21, 2014.
She has received recognition for her work including the Newsome Award and Gospel Blue Mic Award for Best New Indie Female Artist of the Year. Additionally, she comes from a musical family with two children as well as extended relatives scattered throughout Trinidad and the USA
