About Iza Calzado
Iza Calzado, born on August 12, 1982 in Quezon City, Philippines, is a renowned TV actress known for her roles in ABS-CBN series such as Kahit Puso’y Masugatan and TodaMax. She has also appeared in several GMA network series including Encantadia and Te Amo, Maging Sino Ka Man.
Prior to her acting career, she pursued studies at the University of Santo Tomas and worked as a voice actress dubbing Mexican telenovelas for Philippine audiences.
Aside from her television work, Calzado served as the host of the Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant in 2009. Born to Mary Ann Ussher and director/choreographer Lito Calzado, she also has a brother named Dash Calzado who gained recognition as part of the rap group Legit Misfitz.
