About Isabella Boylston

Isabella Boylston is a renowned dancer best known for her work as a principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre (ABT). Born on October 13, 1986, in Sun Valley, Idaho, she has garnered acclaim for originating leading roles in works by choreographers such as Christopher Wheeldon, Alexei Ratmansky, Benjamin Millepied and Liam Scarlett.

Boylston’s repertoire includes iconic performances such as the title character in Giselle, Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, and Kitri in Don Quixote. Her training began at Florida’s Harid Conservatory at the age of 15 before joining ABT’s Studio Company in 2005. During her early years of training, she received the Reuger Dance scholarship and studied at prestigious institutions like Boston Ballet School, the School of American Ballet and ABT during summers.
