Irena Ponaroshku, born on October 14th, 1982 in Moscow, Russia, is a prominent television personality known for her role as an MTV VJ and host of Russian Top 10. She has also gained recognition for her weekly column in OK! magazine and her work as a model for various publications such as Maxim.
Ponaroshku’s career in television began when she was cast as a teen on the MTV show 12 Angry Viewers. In addition to her television roles, she served as a backstage reporter for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Ponaroshku became a mother when she gave birth to her son Serafim Glukhov on March 31st, 2011.
