Hope Howard (born June 22, 1990) is an American IFBB Bikini Professional, fitness model and personal trainer. She gained popularity through her Instagram account, hopeisabelhoward, which has amassed over 1 million followers. Howard also shares fitness content on YouTube.
Howard’s aspiration to become a model commenced at the age of 5. Following high school, she enlisted in the United States Air Force and served as a Fighter Jet Mechanic. At 19 years old, she was deployed to Afghanistan.
Alongside her husband Cody Hook, Howard is a parent to their daughter Isabel. Despite humble beginnings in a one-bedroom home where the entire family lived together – including her sister and both parents – Howard has risen to prominence in the fitness industry.
