Hope Hicks (born October 21, 1988) is a business executive originally from Greenwich, Connecticut. She served as the White House Communications Director under President Donald Trump starting in August 2016 and had previously worked as his press secretary and communications director during his 2016 campaign, making her one of his longest-serving political aides.
Prior to her career in politics, Hicks began as a fashion model, working on campaigns for Ralph Lauren during her childhood years. Afterward, she earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2010.
In January 2017, she was recognized by Forbes Magazine’s annual “30 Under 30” list for her accomplishments. Notably, Hicks has also served as the founder and CEO of the New York City-based public relations firm Zeno Group.
Hicks has one sister named Mary Grace and is the daughter of Paul and Caye.
