About Holy Molly
Holy Molly (born January 11, 1996) is a Romanian pop singer, songwriter, and musician. She started her career in 2010 under the name Miss Mary and rebranded herself as Holy Molly in 2019. Some of her popular singles include “Everybody’s Scared,” “Menage A Trois,” “Shot a Friend,” “C’est La Vie,” and “Twinkle Twinkle.”
Before pursuing music full-time, Holy Molly sang in the Allegretto Children’s Choir starting in 1999 and received formal musical training at the Gymnasium School of Arts no. 4 in Bucharest for piano and guitar classes.
In addition to her music career, she graduated from the Caragiale National University of Theatre and Film with a degree in acting. Holy Molly also has an interest in fashion.
Born Maria Alexandra Florea in Bucharest, Romania, she was encouraged by her mother to pursue music from an early age.
