Holly Rickwood is a British reality star known for her appearance on the MTV UK series Ex on the Beach. She was born on February 11, 1992, in Portsmouth, England. She gained attention when she joined the 3rd series of Ex on the Beach as Graham Griffiths’ ex-girlfriend.
Prior to her television debut, Holly’s ex-boyfriend Graham was announced as a cast member on Ex on the Beach Series 3 in July 2015. She made her first appearance in episode 5 and went on to feature in a total of six episodes during her run.
Following her time on the show, Holly amassed a significant following on Instagram, with over 30,000 followers to date. Apart from Graham, she also dated another Ex on the Beach co-star Conor Scurlock.
She was raised in Portsmouth and continues to pursue a career in reality television.
