Hirokawa Mao, known by her stage name May, was born on November 16, 2004, in Tokyo, Japan. She is a popular pop singer and visual artist who gained recognition as a member of the K-pop group Cherry Bullet. As the youngest member (maknae) of the band, May also showcases her talent as a dancer.
Before gaining fame with Cherry Bullet, FNC Entertainment formed the group and they made their debut in January of 2019. May quickly became known as the tallest member of Cherry Bullet. Growing up in Tokyo, she shared her childhood with her beloved dog named Seola.
