About Helen Jo
Helen Jo, born on January 3, 1983 in the United States, is a talented illustrator and visual artist. She gained recognition for her work as a storyboard artist and writer on the popular animated series Steven Universe. Her creative contributions also extend to other well-known shows such as Gothball and Regular Show.
Originally from San Jose, California, Helen pursued higher education with an initial goal of becoming a professor. However, she later redirected her focus to attend art school instead.
In addition to her artistic talents, she showcased her musical abilities by composing the song “Dear Old Dad” for an episode of Steven Universe titled “House Guest.” Helen Jo is also part of a family that includes her sibling named Haesue.
