About Helen Housby
Helen Housby (born January 19, 1995) is a professional netball player from England. She gained recognition for her time with the Manchester Thunder club team and has also represented England in international competitions, as well as played for the New South Wales Swifts.
She began her career with the Manchester Thunder in 2013 and secured a starting position with the team in 2014. Following the 2014 season, she was voted as the Manchester Thunder player of the year. In 2015, she was selected to compete at that year’s Netball World Cup as a member of the English national netball team.
Housby hails from Carlisle, Cumbria, England.
