About Heida Reed
Heida Reed (born May 22, 1988) is an Icelandic TV actress known for her roles in film and television. She made her screen debut in the 2011 film “One Day” and went on to portray Adele in the 2013 series “Jo” and Elizabeth Chenoweth in the hit period series “Poldark.” Before pursuing acting, she studied at the Drama Centre London and graduated in 2010. In addition to her screen work, Reed has extensive theatre experience and starred as the title character in the critically acclaimed play “Scarlet” which discusses slut-shaming and cyberbullying. Heida was born Heiða Run Sigurðardottir in Reykjavik, Iceland before later moving to England where she currently resides.
