Heather Tom (born November 4, 1975) is a soap opera actress from Hinsdale, Illinois. She is known for her role as Victoria on the soap opera The Young and the Restless from 1991 to 2003, Kelly on One Life to Live from 2003 to 2006, and Katie on The Bold and the Beautiful since 2007.
Prior to her fame, Tom appeared in an episode of the television series Who’s the Boss? in 1989. She also had a guest role on the television series Ugly Betty.
Tom married James Achor on September 17, 2011 and they welcomed their first child, a son named Zane, on October 28, 2012. Her younger brother David and younger sister Nicholle have also pursued careers in acting.
