Hannah Mills is a sailor born on February 29, 1988, in Cardiff, Wales. She gained recognition as a former junior world champion in sailing and achieved success when she teamed up with Saskia Clark to win the silver medal in the 470 class at the London 2012 Olympics.
Mills’ journey in sailing began at the age of 8 when she started training at the Cardiff Sailing Centre. Notably, two months before her Olympic achievement, she and Clark secured a gold medal in the Women’s 470 at the World Championships in Barcelona – a historic victory for British teams.
She continues to inspire as an accomplished sailor hailing from Cardiff, Wales.
