Grant Hackett is an Australian Olympic swimmer born on May 9, 1980. He is known for his impressive performances in the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Olympic games, where he won gold medals twice for the 1500 meters freestyle. Before gaining fame as a successful athlete, Hackett competed in the 1997 Pan Pacific Championships and secured first place. In addition to his swimming career, Hackett also pursued academic achievements by earning a Diploma of Law, Diploma of Commerce, and an Executive MBA from Bond University. His personal life includes marriage to Australian singer Candice Alley on April 14, 2007; they welcomed twins together named Jagger and Charlize before eventually divorcing.
