Gracy Singh, born on July 20, 1980 in New Delhi, India, is a renowned movie actress best known for her role as Gauri in the 2001 Indian cricket film Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India. She received the Screen Award for Most Promising Newcomer for her performance.
Prior to her acting career, she began as a dancer with The Planets and later took on her first acting role on the soap opera Amanat in 1997. Singh is also trained in Bharatnatyam and Odissi dancing.
