Gong Li, born on December 31, 1965 in Shenyang, China, is a renowned movie actress. She gained fame for her award-winning performances in films like Breaking the Silence and The Story of Qiu Ju. She also received acclaim for her work in Curse of the Golden Flower, which earned her a Hong Kong Film Award. In 2018, she was cast in the live-action remake of Disney’s Mulan.
