Glynnis Talken was born on March 31, 1965 in California. She is a novelist known for her popular romance novels such as My Champion, Danger’s Kiss, and Captured by Desire. In addition to her writing career, she has also worked as a voice actress providing voice-over work for video games including Diablo, StarCraft: Brood War, and Warcraft 3.

Prior to her success as a writer and voice actress, she was part of an all-female rock group called The Pinups. In addition to using her real name for her novels, she also wrote under the pseudonym Sarah McKerrigan.

She is married to bassist Richard Campbell.
