About Gisela Pulido
Gisela Pulido, born on January 14, 1994 in Spain, is a professional kitesurfer known for her numerous achievements in the sport. She has won the Freestyle Kitesurf World Championship an impressive ten times consecutively from 2004 to 2015 and also secured gold at the Gravity Games Gold Medal in 2005.
Pulido’s success started early as she was named Champion of the World of Kitesurfing at just ten years old in November 2004, subsequently earning herself a Guinness World Record for this accomplishment. In recognition of her talent and contributions to the sport, she was nominated for the Laureus World Sports Award for Action Sportsperson of the Year in 2007.
Outside of her professional career, Pulido has amassed a significant following on social media with over 110,000 followers on her Instagram account. Her father is Juan Manuel Pulido.
