Giovanna Gold, born on June 4, 1964 in Salvador, Brazil, is a Brazilian actress known for her roles in the films Moon Over Parador, Iremos a Beirute, and O Signo do Caos. She gained popularity in 1990 for her role as Zefa in the telenovela Pantanal.
Before gaining fame as an actress, Gold began her career as a model and made her television debut with a small role on the Rede Global mini-series Love Does Not Kill.
In addition to her work in film and television, Gold played the villain Carmen Almeida Campos in the reboot of Chiquititas in 2013.
Gold was born in Salvador but moved to Rio de Janeiro during infancy.
