Geraldine Bazan, born on January 30, 1983 in Mexico, is a soap opera actress. She gained prominence for her portrayal of Luisa Negrete Rivadeneira in the Spanish-language soap opera Catalina y Sebastian and her work in the late 1990s romance series Camila.
She made her television debut in Corazon Salvaje and Buscando el Paraiso in 1993.
Bazan is actively involved with charitable organizations such as the Mex-I-can Foundation and the Special Olympics when she’s not acting.
She was born to Rosalba Ortiz Cabrera and Manuel Antonio Bazan, growing up in Mexico City before relocating to Miami, Florida. In 2009 and 2014, she welcomed daughters Elisa and Alexa with her partner Gabriel Soto.
