Frederique Bel is a French TV actress best known for her role as Dorothy Doll in the television series Le Grand Journal de Canal Plus. Born on March 24, 1975 in France, she has also appeared in Fais Pas Ci, Fais Pas Ca and Profilage. Bel’s film credits include Au Bistro du Coin and La Liste de Mes Envies.
Prior to her acting career, Bel studied literature and art history at Marc Bloch University of Strasbourg. She supported herself by working as an underwear model while attending acting and comedy classes. Her first film appearance was in Deuxieme Vie in 2000.
In addition to her on-screen work, Bel provided the voice of the Barbie character in the French-dubbed version of Toy Story 3. She grew up in Annecy, Haute-Savoie, France.
