Frankie Harrer is a professional surfer who gained recognition after a video of her riding a barrel at Teahupo’o at the age of 16 went viral. Born on December 14, 1997 in Malibu, California, Harrer grew up speaking German at home as both of her parents were German immigrants. She began surfing as a child and honed her skills at her family’s vacation home in Kauai, Hawaii.
Harrer has over 40,000 followers on Instagram and more than 50,000 followers on Facebook. In addition to her surfing career, she also ventures into modeling and uses her social media platform to showcase the fashion side of her work.
She comes from a large family with three siblings. As she continues to build her career as both an athlete and model, Harrer remains influential within the surfing community.
