Flora Matos is a Brazilian rapper who was born on November 18, 1988 in Brasilia, Brazil. She gained recognition after independently releasing her first album “Electrocardiogram” in September 2017. One of her early successes was the release of the music video for her song “Bora Dancar.” With over 500,000 followers on her floramatos Instagram account, she has established a significant presence in the music industry.
Matos’ interest in music developed at an early age as she performed on stage with her father’s band Acarajazz when she was just four years old. Later, at the age of 17, she made her debut as an MC alongside DJ Brother. In 2009, Matos released her first mixtape titled “Flora Matos vs Stereodubs.”
