Fiona O’Carroll is an Irish TV actress best known for her role as Maria Brown in the long-running sitcom Mrs. Brown’s Boys, which was created by her father Brendan O’Carroll. She was born on September 14, 1980, in Dublin, Ireland.
O’Carroll began her career in the film industry working as a trainee on the 1999 film Agnes Browne. In addition to her work on Mrs. Brown’s Boys and its sequels, she has also portrayed Lucy in the 2014 mini-series The Widower.
She is part of a family ensemble cast that includes her stepmother Jennifer Gibney, brother Danny, and aunt Eilish. O’Carroll was born to Brendan O’Carroll’s first wife, Doreen Dowdall, and grew up with three brothers: Danny, Eric, and the late Brendan Jr.
