About Fatima Lopes
Fatima Lopes (born March 8, 1965) is a Portuguese fashion designer known for her self-titled, Lisbon-based fashion line. She achieved international success with the opening of a boutique in Paris, France in 1996 and another in Los Angeles, California in 2003. In addition to her work as a designer, Lopes also established the Portuguese modeling agency Face Models.
Before gaining fame as a designer, Lopes began creating clothing during her childhood and briefly worked as a travel agent in her early adulthood.
An interesting fact about Lopes is that in 2000 she walked the Paris fashion runway wearing a million-dollar bikini made of gold and diamonds.
Lopes was married to Eduardo da Bernarda from 2002-2010 before marrying Angelo Rebelo in 2016.
