About Eva de Goede
Eva de Goede (born March 23, 1989) is a Dutch professional field hockey player from Zeist, Netherlands. She is recognized for her role as a midfielder on the Netherlands national team and has contributed to winning gold medals in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic games.
De Goede’s passion for field hockey became evident early in her career. She gained recognition for her midfield playing when she aided the AH&BC club in securing bronze at the 2006 Championships in Amstelveen. The following year, she attained her first gold medal at the same championships held in Quilmes.
In addition to her Olympics success, de Goede has secured multiple World Cups including the win in 2014 in The Hague and several European Championships such as the triumph in Gladbach during 2011.
She was born into a family based in Zeist, Netherlands.
