Essad Youniss, born on April 12, 1950 in Cairo, Egypt, is an Egyptian actress known for her roles in films such as Imraa Fi Al-Sign and Tabonat Hamza. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Narjis Mahmoud Abdulmoniem in the TV show Falling in Sabei Well.
Prior to achieving fame, Youniss began her acting career with a role in the 1979 film We Are the Bus People.
In addition to her work as an actress, Youniss has also contributed as a producer for the 2013 movie Febrayer Al Eswed and as a writer for the 2011 movie Tek Tek Boom.
Youniss is also known for being a mother to two children named Omar El Khawaga and Nourhan El Hagrasy.
