About Erika Padilla Cariaso
Erika Padilla Cariaso, born on November 22, 1986 in the Philippines, is a TV actress known for her roles in Philippine drama series such as Pangako Sa ‘Yo and feature films including She’s the One (2016). In addition to her acting career, she has also worked as a sideline reporter for the Philippine Basketball Association.
Prior to her fame in the entertainment industry, Erika studied political science at Ateneo de Manila University. She gained recognition by winning the Miss Photogenic award at the Miss Bikini Philippines pageant in 2008.
Her family background includes being the daughter of politician Ricardo Ilagan Padilla. In 2017, she married basketball player and coach Jeffrey Cariaso. The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in September of that year.
