About Erika Coimbra
Erika Coimbra, born on March 23, 1980 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is a professional volleyball player. As an outside hitter, she achieved the distinction of being named Best Receiver at the 2013 Polish Cup and played with Hinode/GRB Barueri from 2016 to 2018.
Before her rise to prominence in volleyball, Coimbra won a bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics after receiving approval from both the FIVB and the International Olympic Committee. She further solidified her career by representing Brazil in the 2004 Summer Olympic Games.
