Erica Mendez is an R&B singer born on January 9th, 1994 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is known for her work in the hip hop and R&B genres, as well as for her career as a model. Mendez has had the opportunity to open for Aretha Franklin and perform alongside Alicia Keys.
Prior to gaining recognition in the music industry, Mendez won various vocal and dance competitions during her upbringing. She later pursued further education at East Stroudsburg University where she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in music with a focus on training to be an operatic singer. Additionally, she received classical music training while attending high school.
