Ellen Burstyn, born on December 7, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan, is a renowned movie actress. She achieved widespread acclaim for her role in the 1974 film “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore,” earning her an Academy Award for Best Actress. Burstyn also received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 1971 film “The Last Picture Show”.
