Elizabeth Bolden was a supercentenarian born on August 15, 1890 in Somerville, Tennessee. She is remembered for holding the Guinness World Record for oldest person alive at the age of 116 and being the seventh known person in history to reach her 116th birthday. Originally from Somerville, Tennessee, Elizabeth later moved to Memphis during her early adulthood.
