About Ecem Erkek
Ecem Erkek (born June 24, 1989) is a Turkish TV actress best known for her roles in the Netflix series Hakan: Muhafız/The Protector. In 2020, she was nominated for the Best Female Comedian award at the 46th Golden Butterfly Awards. However, the award ceremony was cancelled due to the 2020 Balyun airstrikes.
Erkek also has a leading role in the upcoming 2022 film Ask Kumardır. She began her acting career after graduating from Ankara Omer Seyfettin High School and receiving training at Mamak Municipality Conservatory and Hacettepe University Turkish Society.
In addition to her acting career, Erkek is active on social media, sharing photos and clips from her professional life as well as casual moments from home. She has also released two songs with the band Taksim Trio.
Erkek was previously married to Yuce Armagan Erkek from 2016 to 2020.
