Dorothy Elias-Fahn (born March 13, 1962) is a prolific voice actress known for her work in English-language dubbing of popular anime series. She was born in Los Angeles, California.
Some of her most prominent roles include voicing Naru Narusegawa in Love Hina and Kamiya Kaoru in Rurouni Kenshin.
Prior to her voice acting career, she earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre from California State University at Long Beach.
In addition to her anime work, she also did the live action dubbing for the character Francesca on Violetta. She is married to fellow voice actor Tom Fahn, who is the brother of actors Jonathan and Melissa Fahn.
