About Dorothea Wierer
Dorothea Wierer (born April 3, 1990) is an Italian biathlete. She gained recognition for winning medals in the mixed relay representing Italy at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics. Wierer also established herself as one of the world’s top junior biathletes when she secured gold in the sprint, individual, and pursuit events at the 2011 Biathlon Junior World Championships.
Wierer first ventured into biathlon at the age of 10. Notably, she has her own line of ski clothing known as Doro Style.
In 2015, Wierer tied the knot with Stefano Corradini. Additionally, she has siblings.
