Diana Rigg, born on July 20, 1938 in Doncaster, England, is a renowned film, TV, and stage actress best known for her portrayal of Emma Peel in The Avengers. Additionally, she played Countess Teresa di Vicenzo in the James Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service and assumed the role of Olenna Tyrell on HBO’s Game of Thrones starting in 2013.
