About Dia Frampton
Dia Frampton is a pop singer born on October 2, 1987, in Draper, Utah. She rose to prominence as the runner-up on the first season of NBC’s The Voice. In 2011, she released her album Red, which reached #1 on the U.S. Heatseekers chart.
Before her fame, Dia and her sister Meg formed the musical duo Meg & Dia. Their early video “Meg & Dia – Roses: Making of The Video,” posted in July 2007, gained attention.
In addition to music, she has expanded her career into acting with over 35 credits to her name. She also released an EP with the band ARCHIS in 2015 and as of April 2022 had garnered over 300,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Dia comes from a large family with six sisters and is of half-Korean and half-Dutch descent.
