Deborah Shelton is a TV actress best known for her portrayal of mistress Mandy Winger on the popular show Dallas. She was born on November 21, 1948 in Washington, DC, United States.
Before pursuing her acting career, Shelton competed in beauty pageants and won the title of Miss USA in 1970. In addition to her role on Dallas, she appeared in the film Body Double in 1984.
