Alongside her legal career, she holds a position as a partner at Tungga Ramli and serves as a Counselor at Assegaf & Kawilarang Law Firm. Additionally, she works as an Arbitrer for BAORI and is a lecturer at a private university in Jakarta.

Tunggaesti began her academic journey at Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2000 to 2004 before pursuing further studies at Gadjah Mada University until 2007.
