Dayo Amusa (born July 20, 1983) is a Nigerian actress, singer, and businesswoman known for her performances in Nollywood and Yoruba movies. Some of her notable works include Unforgivable (Ainidariji), Omoniyun, and Pathetic.
Prior to gaining fame as an actress, Amusa attended Mayflower School in Ikene before pursuing food science and technology at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
In addition to her acting career, she is also the founder of the non-profit Dayo Amusa Foundation. Her Instagram account “dayoamusa” has garnered over 2.5 million followers.
Amusa was born in Ikeja, Nigeria to parents Kolawole Rasheed Amusa and Abiola Amusa. She is the first child in a family of five. While she was born in Lagos herself, her mother hails from Ogun state while her father is from Lagos.
