Davetta Sherwood, born on January 27, 1984 in New York, is a TV actress and the recipient of an NAACP Image Award for her performance as Lily Winters in The Young and the Restless. In 2008, she established her own production company called 5 Foot Nuthin Productions.
Prior to gaining fame, Sherwood worked as a child print model and made an early screen appearance as a guest star on My Wife and Kids. She also landed a regular role on the series Platinum as Jade Rhames in 2003.
Outside of her career, Sherwood is dedicated to raising her nephew Bryce.
