About Cocona
Cocona, born on December 6, 2005 in Japan, is a Japanese rapper and dancer. She gained fame as a member of XG, known for their singles “Tippy Toes” and “Mascara.” The group’s 2023 single “SHOOTING STAR” has amassed over 25 million streams on Spotify. Cocona debuted with XG in March 2022 and was also part of the project group A-CE under the AVEX Artist Academy.
Before her rise to stardom, she found inspiration from Keyshia Cole‘s music when she was in sixth grade. In addition to her musical accomplishments, her performance of “Haru Haru” by Big Bang earned a victory in the singing category at the 2018 Kira Challe audition.
