Claire Malis is a TV actress known for her role as Dr. Dorian Lord on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live from 1977 to 1979. She was born on February 17, 1943 in Indiana.
Prior to her acting career, Malis studied at Indiana University and was awarded one of only 16 nationwide scholarships to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.
Notably, she played the character of Dorian Lord before Robin Strasser, and also took over the part after Strasser for three decades.
In terms of family life, Malis is married to Thomas Callaway, who designed homes for Hollywood luminaries such as producer Alan Ladd Jr. and music executive Richard Foos.
