Cilla Black was a prominent pop singer and actress, born on May 27, 1943 in Liverpool, England. She gained fame with her #1 singles “Anyone Who Had a Heart” and “You’re My World.” Prior to her career breakthrough, she began as a club singer in Liverpool and secured her first record deal with Brian Epstein.
In addition to her successful music career, Cilla also ventured into television by starring in the 1970s series “Cilla’s World of Comedy” and “Cilla’s Comedy Six.” She was married to Bobby Willis for three decades and together they had three sons – Robert, Ben, and Jack – as well as a daughter named Ellen.
